# Can't get newline in Full Remodel custom prompt on website

On the website (not the app), I am pressing return, shift-return but nothing seems to insert a carriage return, it just pops me to the top of the custom prompt. It seems like it doesn’t know I am in edit mode.

Thanks for the report - I see the same in firefox now so we will investigate!
