Try using Remodel AI for getting the best idea.
There are a few ways to do this.
You could use the replace tool, to replace everything but the cabinet and countertop.
Or you can use an interior remodel, but go into advanced settings and add a mask and tell the AI to retain the area of the image you don’t want changed. Leave a little margin.
I would also reduce the “fidelity” to 0.1 or 0.2 to allow the AI to make big changes.
Either technique will work and give you ideas, although the only variables the AI can really change are the lights, vanity, and paint color since you’re keeping the rest the same.
